Company Stationery – Corporate Identity System (CSI)
We Learnt that:
- -Corporate is very important for a company
- Name cards typically consist of a person's name, e-mail address, phone number, website, and company name.
- Window on the envelope is used to make the sending address printed on the letter visible, saving the sender from having to duplicate the address on the envelope itself
- Letterhead consists of a name and an address, and a logo or corporate design, and sometimes a background pattern.
- Consistency in company stationery design is important to leave impact and helps in company's image development.

Name Card
Name card, also known as business card is a card that displays contact information for an individual employed by a company. Name cards typically include a person's name, e-mail address, phone number, website, and company name. They are often used at networking and corporate events to provide other individuals with an easy source for retrieving contact information. The standard size of name card is 5.4cm x 8.5cm.

Envelope
An envelope is a common packaging item, usually made of thin flat material. It is designed to contain a flat object, such as a letter or card.
Window Envelopes
Window envelopes have a hole cut in the front side that allows the paper within to be seen. They are generally arranged so that the sending address printed on the letter is visible, saving the sender from having to duplicate the address on the envelope itself. The window is normally covered with a transparent or translucent film to protect the letter inside.

Webpage design means planning, creation and updating of websites, Website design also involves information architecture, website structure, user interface, navigation ergonomics, website layout, colours, contrasts, fonts and imagery as well as icons design.
Common Webpage Purposes
- Build your brand
- Create an online brochure that will help potential clients, customers, and partners learn about your company and look at it in a favourable light. You’re trying to enhance your brand or organization image. You want people to know who you are, what you do, where to find you, and how to contact you.
- Provide product information to drive local sales
- Provide information for your products and services at dealer locations. Many manufacturers don’t sell on their sites, but point people to retailers who carry their products.
- Sell advertising
- A few sites are designed to sell advertising — Yahoo!, Google, and other portal sites are examples. But these days, there’s far too much advertising space and not nearly enough money to fill it all.
- Sell products or services directly over the Internet.
- You want to conduct e-commerce and sell to a national or international market. You’ll have some kind of ordering system for one or more products, or perhaps an extensive online catalogue. You may offer an online service that can be delivered over the Internet or that can be initiated online.

Online catalogue save lots in paper, printing, and distribution costs. Online FAQs and knowledge bases cut the number of customer service personnel you need.
